Some Moths of the Oenochrominae #3.

The Pink Arhodia, Arhodia lasiocamparia is so named for the colour of its hind wings.  This is not always the case though as specimens to the light have ranged from nondescript through to purple. The larvae feed on eucalypt foliage.

A pristine male.

Hind wing showing purple colour.

Females showing colour variation.
